Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive optometric examinations and vision care
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and disorders
- Prescribe corrective lenses and other vision aids
- Document patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare team members as needed
Additional Information
- Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience preferred
- Indian Health Service experience is a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
- Must hold valid licensure to practice optometry
- Board certification in Optometry is required
