Assignment Details
• Start Date: December 15, 2025- Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Coverage Dates:
○ Dec 15, Dec 29
○ Jan 12, Jan 26
○ Feb 9, Feb 23
○ Mar 9, Mar 23
○ Apr 6, Apr 20
○ May 4, May 18
○ Jun 1, Jun 15, Jun 29
Practice Details
• Anesthesia Sites: 3 per day (including OB)
• Case Volume: ~2,800 cases per year
• Case Types: General, Orthopedic, OB (≈275 deliveries/year), GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, ENT, Endoscopy
• OB Details: Perform VBACs; no high-risk OB; C-sections performed in main OR
• Procedures: Epidurals, regional and spinal blocks (must be proficient)
• Staffing: 1 MD and 2 CRNAs per day
• Model: CRNAs work independently; MDs handle podiatry cases
• Experience: Must be proficient in epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks
• Charting Software: Epic
