- 7 on, 7 off (Mon-Fri with Sat & Sun call coverage)- some weeknight call is preferred
- Weekend call is Fri night to Monday morning.
- Small community hospital
- Uro, ortho, endo, podiatry, gen surg, ob. No hearts, heads
- Slow day is 12-14 cases, full day is 25-28
- 50% solo cases, 50% CRNA supervision
- 5 operating rooms
- ASAP ongoing
- ACLS, BLS
- Not willing to license
- Emergency privs available- 45-60 days regular credentialing
