Position Overview:
Join a stable, collegial care team model of 7 full-time anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs at a growing regional health system. This is a permanent W2 position offering flexible scheduling, variety in case mix, and opportunities for clinical growth, teaching, and leadership.
Job Benefits
Base Salary (Full-Time): $500,000 – $515,000 annually (based on experience/training)
Part-Time Compensation: Adjusted per hours worked

Case Types:
ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery
Gynecology, low-risk OB, urology, healthy peds
Access to da Vinci® Xi™ robots
Additional Features:
Weekly on-site CME + Mayo Clinic Care Network grand rounds
No trauma or high-risk OB
Medical student/APT teaching opportunities (optional)

Qualifications
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and plans to test)
Active OH License or willing to obtain
DEA (must be obtained before start) – No exemptions
Clean malpractice and license history
Working Hours
Shifts: Flexible, varied; hours and days customizable
On-Call/Weekend: TBD based on final schedule
Schedule: Flexible workdays and hours; call schedule is equitable and TBD based on final schedule
