• Contract Length: Ongoing PRN
• Pay Range: $325–$360/hr
• Bonus: 🎄 $400 per day bonus for Christmas week coverage (Dec 22–26)
• Credentialing: ~60 days | Clean files only

• Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour guarantee per day)
• Dates Needed:
o November 13–14
o December 22–26 (🎄 $400/day bonus)
• Call: None required — though optional weeknight or weekend call coverage is welcomed.

• Practice Setting: Hospital OR
• Support Staff: 1 MD / 4 CRNAs
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: Meditech / Paper
• Procedures: Orthopedic blocks required
• Supervision: Mix of hands-on and supervision. Typical ratio is 1 MD to 4 CRNAs. If the 4th CRNA isn’t secured, MD may go into a room temporarily. Surgeons accustomed to supporting CRNAs if needed.
