We are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join its expanding physician-led team in Southern Colorado. This role offers two distinct practice tracks, including a Pueblo-based option with minimal call requirements, flexibility in scheduling, and strong support from nocturnist coverage.

Base salary range: $441,000 – $490,000 annually

Job Responsibilities
Mix of independent and supervisory anesthesia care, ensuring variety and autonomy in practice
Manage a wide range of cases including:
Trauma (high acuity), OB, general surgery, ortho, ENT, vascular, thoracic, GI, gynecology, urology, major spine surgeries
Emphasize and perform regional anesthesia and nerve blocks to improve patient outcomes
Participate in mentorship and leadership opportunities (teaching roles optional)
Collaborate with a supportive team in a physician-led organization focused on innovation and quality care
Limited call requirements (Pueblo Track): home call with a 45-minute response time, supported by nocturnists
Qualifications
Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain – Required
DEA license – Required (must be obtained prior to start)
Clean malpractice history – Preferred
Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates (Pueblo track only)
Working Hours
Minimal weekday and weekend call (Pueblo track), home-based with 45-minute callback
On-site nocturnist support for better work-life balance
Skills
Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
