HIGHLIGHTS
• Flexible schedule — day shifts with optional call
• Day-only candidates considered
• OB and OR call available but negotiable

• Ongoing assignment
• Strong case mix with advanced procedures
SCHEDULE
• Day shifts: 7a–7p
• OR call: 4p–7a (possibly once per week)
• OB call: 7a–7a (negotiable)
• Candidates not wanting call may be considered for 5x day shifts
CASE MIX
• General anesthesia
• DaVinci robotic cases • Ortho and ortho spine
• Neuro • GYN (including DaVinci) • Vascular • ENT
• NORA cases: GI, MRI, cath lab, TEE, IR
• CV cases (TEE certification required for CV providers)
DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Acute care hospital
• Inpatient setting
• Average 3–5 cases per day per area
• EMR: Epic
REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Indiana medical license required
• Indiana DEA required
• CV anesthesiologists must be TEE certified
• Case logs required if requested
• Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
• COVID-19 compliant
