Coverage type: Scheduled + On Call optional
Schedule : Standard
- 4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 (Flexible) - 17:00 (Flexible)
- Coverage needed per month: at least 2 weeks per month, ideally full time
- Frequency of any Call needed: Not required, but appreciated
- Schedule Details: 4x10hr shifts per week is ideal with a flex day off, but can offer 5x10’s possibly. Typically either 7a-5p or 8a-6p
Patients per shift: Varies
Beds in Hospital:
Minimum Board Certification : NBCRNA
EMR System:EPIC
Board certification required : ACLS/BLS
License requirement : TN
Estimated Credentialing Time : 60 days
DEA Req’d?: Yes
Minimum Experience Req’d: 2 years
