- Active Indiana license required, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm / call hours: 3pm - 7am (secondary)
- Call is at least once a week (secondary call from home)
- Cases required: General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
- One MD/two CRNA position
- EMR: EPIC

Dates of Assignment: December 9-10, December 15-17, December 21, December 24, December 26, December 29-January 2, January 13-16, January 18, future dates if available for these
