Coverage Details
--Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm
--90 days for full privileges
--IL DEA
--Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (BC highly preferred)
--BLS, ACLS
--Two professional references required
--Supervising CRNAs in OB
Assignment Details
--90 days for full privileges
--13 physicians in department
--Supervision of CRNA staff (1:3 or 1:4), occasionally solo
--Trauma Level II
--EMR: Epic

Requirements
--Active Illinois license & Controlled Substance license--IL DEA
--Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (BC highly preferred)
--BLS, ACLS
