With 170+ non-working days a year, early release shifts, and only 16 shifts required per month, this Level I Trauma Center in the heart of Phoenix is offering something very unique.
Practice with an academically affiliated group that has built a schedule that most anesthesiologists don't believe exists, and a team that stays because of it.
The Opportunity:
• 170+ Days Off Per Year, built into the schedule.
• Just 16 12-hour shifts per month.
• Half of all shifts end in early release.
• Subspecialty expertise encouraged: Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia.
• New residency program launching: shape the next generation of anesthesiologists.
The Package:
• 90th Percentile Academic Base Salary + additional compensation for extra shifts.
• $50,000 Sign-On & Relocation Package.
• Student loan repayment via PSLF and NHSC.
• Full comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, CME, malpractice, PTO, and 401k with employer match.
