- Shift Details: Scheduled clinical hours
Schedule: Dates most needed: (Updated Sept 22) November 17-21, December 22-26, Dec 29-Jan 2—ongoing about 5-10 shifts a month available. Provider must be able to do some of these dates. Scheduled clinical hours 7a-3:30p + weekend call.Call is mainly to supervise but do need MDs who can do their own cases. Supervision. Call 1:3. (CRNA is in house, MD is back up pager from hotel) Weekend call starts at 3pm on Friday--Sunday 3pm

- Credentialing Timeframe: done through CVO and can be lengthy, though temps are allowed. Clean files only.
