Job Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective anesthesia services in a collaborative environment with independent CRNAs.
Perform pre-operative evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and manage patients during intra-operative and post-operative phases.
Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR and maintain compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Participate in departmental meetings, quality initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing development of anesthesia and pain management services.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Eligible for Missouri medical license and DEA registration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.

Skills
Competence in airway management and use of advanced equipment (GlideScopes, McGraths, ultrasound-guided procedures).
