- Other Details: This assignment involves general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics down to 6 months of age, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks, with no CRNA supervision. The provider must be able to perform all required cases from day one, including healthy pediatrics (6 months+), major vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repair, cardiac cath lab cases, OB, trauma, and regional anesthesia/peripheral nerve blocks, with attestation required. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with no night or weekend call. Providers must be available for at least 10 of the 15 weeks offered in 2026 to be considered for credentialing and are also required to attend an in-person orientation within two weeks before the start date. Candidates must hold an active IN state license or IMLC, be board certified or board eligible, and have at least 2 years of experience. BLS and ACLS (AHA-issued) certifications are required, along with flu and COVID vaccination or valid exemptions.

Job Responsibilities
* Handle all assigned cases from day one, including healthy pediatrics, major vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repair, cardiac cath lab, OB, trauma, and regional anesthesia/peripheral nerve blocks
* Sign attestation form confirming ability to perform all required procedures
* Enter hours into the Vemsta platform and complete order entry independently
Qualifications
* Board certified or board eligible (certification within 5 years of residency if applicable)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience
* Certifications required: ACLS (AHA-issued) and BLS (AHA-issued)
* Flu vaccination and COVID vaccination required, or valid medical/religious exemption
Working Hours
* No night call or weekend call
* Orientation required in person within two weeks before the start date
* At least 10 of the 15 available weeks in 2026 must be committed to qualify for credentialing
Skills
* Ability to manage vascular and interventional vascular cases including AAA repair
* Competence in pediatric anesthesia (patients 6 months and older)
* Experience with cardiac cath lab cases
* Skilled in trauma cases and emergency response
* Proficiency in regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks
