Start Date: 09/16/2025
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: M–F, mix of 8s & 10s (7:30a–3:30/5:30p). ASC: 7:30a–3:30p. 3 weeks on / 1 week off.
Call: Rotating weeknights (3 per month) and weekends. Primary in-house; secondary 30-min response.
Coverage Dates
Sept 16–17, Sept 19, Sept 24–25; Oct 6–31 (select weeks); Nov 3–7 & 24–28; Dec 8–31; ongoing into 2026

Setting: Hospital & ASC

Supervision Model: 6 CRNAs + 4 MDs daily; 9 providers total. Even rotation across sites.
