Elite365 is looking for Locum Anesthesiologists to cover top-tier cases in Louisville, KY starting this November!
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start Date: November 5th, 2025 or as soon as credentialed
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: 10’s, 12’s 14’s
- 500 Beds
- Medical Direction
- Cases: OB, general surgery, GYN, ENT, endoscopy, ortho, cardiac, neuro, urology, podiatry, and plastics
- Call Schedule: 3 layers of call
- 1 MD main OR/OB
- 1 MD CVOR
- 1 CRNA to back up the main/OB
- Credentialing: 60-90 Days - expedited privs with clean file
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be board-certified
- Must have active KY license or willing to obtain
