- Start Date: January/February 2026 (flexible)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, 10-hour shifts
- Coverage Type: Scheduled + Call,
- Min 2 weeks per month
- Call Requirements:
- In-house call 1–2x per week
- 24-hour in-house call once per month (light volume, OB-focused epidurals; ~900 deliveries annually)
- Some backup pager call with minimal callbacks
- Anesthetizing Locations: 9 daily (5 main ORs, 2 endo suites, 2 satellite ORs)
- Case Types: General, OB, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Regional Blocks (minimal peds, primarily age 2+ ENT cases)
- Team Model: 1:4 Anesthesiologist to CRNA ratio (supervisory role)
- EMR: Epic
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Must be proficient in general anesthesia, OB, endo, ortho, and regional blocks
- Epic experience required
- Active IL license/willing to license
- Credentialing: ~90 days
