Work Details

Case Types: General, Ortho (heavy spine), Urology, Ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, some dental/peds dental, heavy OB
-
OB: High volume, includes spinals, blocks, epidurals (must be proficient)

Case Logs: Required (epidurals, spinals, blocks)

Daily Staffing: 1–2 MDs / 6 CRNAs

ORs: 6

Endo Rooms: 2

Cath Lab: 1

IR Room: 1
-
Supervision: None – CRNAs work independently; not a supervision model

EMR: Epic
Requirements
-
Board Certification: Required (BE not accepted)
-
Licensure: Indiana (IMLC accepted)

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (all required, ACLS must be through AHA)

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years preferred, must have OB + blocks experience

Credentialing Timeline: 30–60 days (emergency temps in 30 days possible for clean files with unrestricted license/malpractice history)
