Schedule & Coverage

• Start Date: November 3, 2025

• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

• Shift Times: 7:00a – 3:00p (guaranteed 8 hours per day)

• Call Hours: 3:00p – 7:00a (Monday–Friday)

• Rotation: M–F 7a–3p with call after hours if working full week

• Response Time: 30 minutes

• Call Type: Shared – if on for a full week, will be scheduled for call

• Coverage Dates Needed: Ongoing (great opportunity for 2–3 consistent providers late February 2025 onward)

Work Details

• Case Types: General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB (~275 deliveries/year, including VBACs but no high-risk OB), GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, ENT

• OB Cases: C-sections in main OR; VBACs performed; no high-risk OB

• Volume: ~2,800 total cases per year

• Daily Staffing: 1 MD + 2 CRNAs

• ORs: 3

• Endo Rooms: 2

• Bed Size: 25 (Critical Access facility)

• EMR: Epic

• Supervision: Not a supervision model – CRNAs practice independently, MDs run podiatry cases

• Procedural Skills Required: Spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks (case logs required, minimum 250 logs within the past year)

Requirements

• Board Certification: Required (BE not accepted)

• Licensure: Indiana license required (IMLC accepted; expedited processing possible, as fast as 5 days in some cases)

• Certifications: ACLS (must be through AHA), BLS, PALS

• Experience: At least 2–3 years preferred; must be proficient in OB anesthesia and regional techniques

• Case Logs: 250 within past year (facility-issued documentation only, no self-reported logs accepted)

• Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days (temps possible for clean files with unrestricted license and malpractice history)
