Pay Rate: $325 hourly as per 1099

- Immediate and ongoing need for locum CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) Dubois, PA
- Facility Type Hospital based.
- Skills required: Bread and Butter General Anesthesia; ENT, GYN, OB, plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, neuro and thoracic
Practice Setting
- Hospital Setting: Hospital, Trauma level II
- Schedule Per Day: Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:15p (or until last case is finished)
Qualifications
BLS, ACLS, DEA -– REQUIRED
Active PA license or IMLC Accepted
EMR, Cerner – REQUIRED
Credentialing window: 60 DAYS (Temps can be issued in 1-2 weeks for CLEAN FILES.)
