Job Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures, including:
* Epidural injections, facet blocks, and radiofrequency ablations
* Spinal cord stimulation (SCS)/ Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) trials and implants
* Peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS)
* Sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion
* Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) & other minimally invasive advanced procedures
* Kyphoplasty and advanced joint injections
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PT, behavioral health, other specialties) to optimize patient outcomes.
* Deliver care in both outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings.
* Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and expectations.
* Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient care and relationship-building with referring providers.
* Stay current on innovations and best practices in interventional pain management.
* Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities within SEVA’s strong clinical culture.
Qualifications
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship (or equivalent).
Strong interest and demonstrated skill in advanced interventional procedures (SCS, PNS, SI fusion, MILD, kyphoplasty, etc.).
Commitment to practicing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Excellent procedural skills with attention to safety and outcomes.
Strong communication skills with patients, families, and team members.
Growth mindset with an interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice development.
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Texas
Working Hours
4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME (includes stipend)
