Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (4x10s)
- In-house call 1–2 times weekly (light call volume, primarily OB epidurals)
- Backup pager call with minimal callbacks
- Minimum 2 weeks per month
$325-$340/hr.
Practice Details:
- Case Types: General, OB, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Regional Blocks
- Minimal pediatric cases (ages 2+ for simple ENT procedures)
- EMR: Epic
- Must have 2+ years of experience
- Must know general, OB, endo, ortho, and regional blocks
Requirements:
- Board Certification
- Active DEA
- COVID-19 vaccine (medical exemptions only)
- Illinois license or willing to obtain (IMLC accepted)
