- Other Details: An opportunity is available for a board-certified Anesthesiologist to provide coverage in a hospital setting on November 24–26 and November 28, with no call required for these dates. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, or until the last case is finished. The position involves floating between multiple sites, supervising CRNAs, and managing a variable daily case volume, with higher volumes at larger hospitals and lower volumes at smaller facilities. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, and procedures are primarily bread-and-butter general anesthesia cases, including ENT, GYN, plastics, endoscopy, urology, orthopedics, vascular, neuro, thoracic, trauma, and OB (OB cases are limited to the main trauma center). Physicians must hold a state license, DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications, with at least two years of experience. Orientation hours are billable, and a full monthly schedule is provided in advance, including night call and late-day assignments, though weekend call is not required.

Job Responsibilities
* Float between multiple sites to cover anesthesia needs.
* Supervise CRNAs and manage a variable case volume.
* Perform trauma and OB cases at the trauma center; bread-and-butter cases at smaller facilities.
* Complete orientation as scheduled; orientation hours are billable.
Qualifications
* Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
* BLS and ACLS certifications required.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in anesthesiology practice.
Working Hours
* Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or until last case is completed.
* Full monthly schedule released in advance; no weekend call.
Skills
* Ability to handle OB cases in a trauma center setting.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills in working with CRNAs.
