We are seeking Board Certified Anesthesiologists for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This opportunity is ideal for generalist anesthesiologists with acute care hospital experience who can provide consistent weekday coverage. Temporary shifts are available immediately, and full-time ongoing coverage is preferred.
Candidates must have at least 2 weeks per month availability. This is day shift coverage only with no call or night shifts.
Job Responsibilities
📋 Collaborate with CRNAs, anesthesia techs, NPs, and nursing staff
👶 Care for patients ages 1 year and older
💻 Document patient care using EPIC EMR
⚠️ Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety during all procedures
Qualifications
🩺 Experience in acute care hospital anesthesia (not ASCs)
🧾 Clean malpractice record and NPDB
💻 Experience with EPIC EMR preferred (must indicate proficiency)
🚫 Not eligible: cardiac cases or sedation-only practice
Working Hours
🔄 Ongoing coverage, minimum 2 weeks/month
⚡ Full-time availability preferred
🎉 No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
