Schedule
- Standard: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
- On-Call: Weeknight & weekend pager call required
- Overtime: Not expected
- General, Pediatrics, Endoscopy, Cataracts
- MDs, perform own cases (no CRNA supervision)
- 2 anesthesia rooms
Licensing:
- State license required (willing to license if needed)
- Board certification not required
Requirements:
- DEA & CSR
- Must be able to take in-house and pager call
- Estimated credentialing 90 days
