Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Full-Time
Flowers Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our high-performing, collaborative perioperative team. This full-time role includes a unique and predictable weekly schedule of 1 in-house 24-hour shift and three 8-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week. The position offers a highly competitive $550,000 annual salary with comprehensive benefits.
Position Highlights:
Location: Flowers Hospital, Dothan, AL
Compensation: $550,000 annually (based on 48 hours/week)
Schedule: 1 in-house 24-hour shift + 3 8-hour shifts
Model: Medical Direction Model
Malpractice Insurance: Covered, 1 mil/3 mil policy
Vacation Time: 10 weeks
Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified
- Must be qualified for an Alabama medical license
