Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens
Location: Highland, IL
Start Date: August 18, 2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
Schedule & Coverage:
-
Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
-
No call (no in-house, weeknight, or weekend call)

Overtime not expected
Position Details:

Case Types: General, Ortho, GI
-
Supervision Only: CRNA supervision required (2:1 ratio)

MDs do not perform their own cases
-
Site is low acuity, low volume – very rare ASA 4
-
No ICU – complex cases are transferred
-
Strong CRNA team in place
-
EMR: Epic
-
Anesthesia Rooms: 3
