Looking for an Anesthesiologist to join this physician-led suburban health system that is located in a suburb between 3 large metros (Dayton, Indianapolis, and Cincinnati)!
This hospital made the Forbes List of Best Employers in America for 2022; it is an updated and a very high-tech, beautiful facility. Every detail has been carefully planned to facilitate convenience and smooth work flow. The doctors are highly valued and the amenities for doctors are plenty; they even provide a membership to the local country club! Just walking into their cafeteria shows the quality of this hospital as compared to others.
Practice:
• Growing group of 12 Anesthesiologists that work 1099 for a physician-led hospital
• Physicians prefer 1099 arrangement which allows for very flexible work schedule and hours!
• EOD is usually 3:30 on non-call days!
• LOW call burden - 1:13 weekends for onsite call!
• 45 weeks per year is min requirement, but more unpaid vacation time is available if desired!
• 45,000 inpatient cases per year (avg of 15 inpatient cases per day including open heart and 60 outpatient per day).
• Surgery at 1 hospital only
• EPIC EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
• High, Productivity Based Pay that Physicians love and request!
Location:
This mid-size Indiana suburban community is centrally located - 35 min to Dayton, 1 hour to Indianapolis, 1 hour to Cincinnati; it is conveniently located near the highway for doctors to reside in one of these metros and many do.
• 1 hour drive to watch NFL teams: Cincinnati Bengals or Indianapolis Colts!
• Nearby city life for pro sports teams, international airports, shopping, restaurants, and more!
• Many doctors here send their children to the local public school as it is top notch!
• Multiple large parks and hiking with a beautiful local waterfall
