Our client, a respected independent and physician-owned primary care group, is actively recruiting a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a full-time hybrid role in New Jersey. This unique opportunity combines outpatient primary care with inpatient hospital rounding for established patients, within a mission-driven and collegial clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Split clinical schedule between outpatient office visits and inpatient hospital care
- Provide medical care to patients admitted to affiliated hospitals
- Manage and coordinate patient care in collaboration with inpatient and outpatient teams
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Utilize EMR and data systems to monitor patient progress and treatment plans
- Provide office call coverage during assigned weekends
- Medical Doctor (MD or DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Comfortable managing both outpatient and inpatient clinical care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of acute illness, chronic disease management, and home care coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
