We are currently hiring Anesthesiologists a for a large, well-established and award-winning health system in Southwest Louisiana. Benefits of this permanent full-time position include:
Details For this Opportunity:
- Hospital-based employment
- Surgical Case Variety: OB/GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urologic, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Trauma ( Level III)
- Regarding Pediatrics – Typically 3 – 4 weeks is the youngest. Occasionally, neonates for pyloric stenosis --No epidurals at the main campus, all done by CRNA’s at the Women’s Campus
- Approximate hours: 6:30am – noon or could be until 5:00pm. (there is always one late physician until 5:00pm) – if on nights, come in at 5:00pm and finish any cases left from the day but are still on-call until 6:00am for 7 days
- No in-house call
- Day, Float/Night float system
- Average 1 weekend call/month
- Extremely comprehensive benefit package
