Full-Time Anesthesiology Opportunity in Salinas, CA
Group of 16 board-certified anesthesiologists
Coverage at 1 hospital and 3 surgery centers
Case mix includes general, orthopedic, ENT, vascular, breast, and thoracic
No major trauma and only minor pediatric cases
Regional skills encouraged and utilized
Practice Highlights:
Family-friendly, physician-led private practice
Equal access to vacation and work from the start
6-10 weeks vacation per year
Call is 1:15 (first and second call)
No financial buy-in
18-month partnership track
$600,000-$800,000/year 1099 structure
Compensation adjusts based on days worked
Customized benefits at the discretion of the physician
Profit sharing, leadership opportunities, and voting rights post partnership
Signing bonus for strong candidates
