Job description
A well-established, community-focused healthcare system in Northwest & Central Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join its collaborative anesthesia team. This permanent opportunity is open to full-time or part-time candidates and offers flexibility, excellent case variety, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights:

Flexible work schedule: Choose full-time or part-time.

Care team model with equitable call schedule.

Join a dedicated team of 7 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs.

Practice at one or more regional locations (hospital and surgery center options).

Wide case mix: ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, low-risk obstetrics, urology, and healthy pediatrics.

Weekly onsite CME and access to Mayo Clinic Care Network education resources.

Opportunities for overtime and clinical teaching, if desired.

Access to state-of-the-art technology, including four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots.
Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years with plans to sit for the boards) – Required

Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain – Required

Clean malpractice and licensure history – Required

Specify interest in full-time or part-time role – Required at submission

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $500,000–$515,000/year (full-time); prorated for part-time. Based on experience and schedule.
