Locums | CRNA | Clinic + Call | Cadillac, MI Why This Role

  • Independent CRNA practice without supervision
  • Balanced case mix including ortho, general surgery, urology, scopes, OB, and dental
  • Supportive anesthesia team in a community hospital setting
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinic + Call Schedule: Weekdays: 7:00am – 5:00pm Call: One weekday beeper call per week (5:30pm – 7:00am) + one weekend call per month (24hr) Response time: 30 minutes Setting: Hospital based ORs: 5 EMR: Plexus Privileges: Required Trauma Level: III Average Volume: ~25 cases/day Support Staff: 4 part-time MDAs, 3 full-time CRNAs Patient Demographic: All ages Requirements AANA Board Certified Active Michigan license BLS, ACLS, PALS COVID vaccination Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience Must participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS Clean background for quick credentialing Clinical Details Independent CRNA practice Case Mix: - General surgery - Orthopedics - Urology - OB (including labor epidurals, spinals, C-sections) - Dental - GI/Scopes Procedures include regional blocks, OB anesthesia, general anesthesia (IV, inhalation, MAC, TIVA), airway management, and peripheral nerve blocks Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
