IMLC Welcome - Locums – Goshen, Indiana, Anesthesiologist Job

Position Type: Locum Tenens Location: Goshen, IN Specialty: Anesthesiology Licensure: IMLC accepted; Active, unrestricted license required Certification Required: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

• Schedule:

• Day: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Call: 3:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Primary In-House, Secondary 30-minute response)

Rotation:

Minimum 3 weeknights of call/month; potential for more during start-up phase

Supervision: None

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Temps available for clean background and license history

Caseload:

High-acuity cases including:

General, orthopedics, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, cancer, liver

Some vascular, ENT, radiology, cosmetics, podiatry, pulmonary

Very light cardiac (lungs, major vascular)

Endoscopy mainly at ASC (~2,100 cases/year)

Blocks: Bread & butter, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor, popliteal, TAPS

Procedures: Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks

Caselogs required for procedures

• ORs: 8

• Providers Per Day:

• 6 CRNAs

• 4 MDs (9 total working per day with 1 post-call off)

• 7 providers at the main hospital, 2 in ASC, 2 in late room
