Position Highlights
- 1:7 weekend call rotation with protected post-call day off
- Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases: orthopedics, urology, OB, healthy pediatrics
- No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases

Compensation & Benefits
- Total initial compensation package of $630K – $640K
- Base salary of $500K – $510K
- $100K starting/retention bonuses
- $200K student loan repayment option
- $15K annual incentive bonuses
- 8 weeks paid time off

- $15K paid relocation assistance
- Referral bonuses for physician hires ($10K) and anesthesiologists ($20K)
