🔹 Position Details:

Location: Arizona (just a short drive from Las Vegas)

Pay Rate: $300+/hr

Schedule: No call, no trauma, no OB – relaxed pace

Supervision: MD-only model

Credentialing: Temps available (60–90 days with clean file)
🔹 Case Mix Includes:

General, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Peds, Vascular, ENDO, Oral
-
OB not required – If provider is not doing OB, proficiency in spinals/blocks/epidurals not mandatory (must note in submission)
🔹 Requirements:

Board Certified Anesthesiologists only
-
Active, unrestricted license
-
PALS certification required
-
Proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals (unless OB not included)

Must provide case logs (epidurals, spinals, blocks)

EMR: Medaxion
-
COVID vaccination not required, but biweekly testing needed if unvaccinated
