Contract Length: Ongoing – 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
Schedule:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (from home)

Call Rotation:

Weekdays: Call every day during working weeks

Weekends: One weekend per rotation

Call Response Time: 20 minutes
Call Type: OR call only

Setting: Hospital (2 ORs)

Supervision Model: Independent – 1 MD / 1 CRNA onsite; little to no direct supervision

Case Types: General, Trauma, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Endo

Procedures Required:

Spinals, Epidurals, Regional Blocks (proficiency required)

Case logs required for verification of these skills
