COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General anesthesia
• Intubation
• IV placement
• Spinal
• Epidural (rare, for post-op pain)
• Arterial line
• Central line
• Interventional radiology, electrophysiology, endoscopy (general and interventional)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active VT license or IMLC
• Board: BC/BE (board eligible must take boards within 7 years of residency)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Fellowship not required; experience accepted
• Other Qualifications: Collegial and collaborative attitude; ability to supervise mid-levels and residents
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general anesthesia for surgical cases
• Perform required procedures including intubation, lines, and spinal
• Supervise CRNAs, AAs, and residents (CA-1 to CA-3)
• Participate in non-operating room anesthesia as needed (IR, EP, endoscopy)
• Optional didactic teaching to residents
