Position Highlights: Join a collegial team of 6 Anesthesiologists and 5 Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) Anesthesiologists spend 80%-100% of their time on their own cases Convenient setup with the Operating Room and Same-Day Surgery Center in one location Broad range of cases including: Obstetrics (OB) General Surgery Vascular Breast ENT Urology GI Orthopedics Podiatry Practice at a facility with a Level III Trauma Center and Level II NICU Enjoy a post-call day off; call schedule is 1 in 6 Participate in a teaching environment with Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residency programs affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine Compensation and Benefits: Highly competitive base salary starting at $500,000+ Comprehensive benefits package 10 weeks of accrued time off (ATO), post-call days, and 5 CME days Up to $60,000 sign-on bonus, with early signing/stipend and loan repayment options Paid relocation assistance up to $10,000 401a and 403b retirement plan options Malpractice insurance coverage including tail Work-Life Balance: Our organization places a high value on physician wellness and autonomy.
