Chief of Anesthesiology Opening in Troy, NY (Permanent) Seeking a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Anesthesiologist to lead the Anesthesia Department at a 300-bed community hospital. Oversee clinical operations, staffing, policies, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to ensure seamless patient care. Provide administrative oversight for anesthesia services in OR, OB, endoscopy, and conscious sedation. Champion quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Lead anesthesia teams and develop mentorship and educational programs. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $555,120, including leadership stipend. $25,000 starting bonus and $25,000 relocation allowance.
