Anesthesiology Opening in Michigan Located in Saginaw, MI - Detroit 103m Full-time Seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our established care team. * Join 4 other physicians and a team of CRNAs - CRNAs are in-house 24/7 * Medical direction model but will try to do medical supervision when possible * In-house call of 1:5 * Approximately 20% of cases involve healthy peds patients. * 9-OR facility offering a diverse case mix that includes urology, pediatrics, neonates, plastics, VBACs, obstetrics, abdominal, GI, general surgery, and 3,200 deliveries annually. * Level II adult and pediatric trauma center and Level III NICU. * This role offers a $150,000 sign-on bonus for candidates that are pediatric (PEDS) capable and comfortable with neonates. Pediatric fellowship training is preferred but not required. Compensation and Benefits * Base Salary of $475,000 plus $25,000 Metric Bonus plus $150,000 Sign-On Bonus * After year 3 receive an annual $50,000 retention bonus * Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental and vision, life and disability, 401k, HSA, flexible spending and resources for living (EAP) * 12 weeks of PTO and relocation assistance * Paid professional liability insurance with tail 519-bed facility serving as a critical access hospital for seven community hospitals in Michigan's thumb and central region. The facility offers a broad spectrum of care service services including high-risk obstetrics, neonatal and pediatric intensive care (PICU), acute care, cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, robotic Surgery and much more. The facility features a Level III Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
