Clinical Details

Setting: Hospital (11 ORs + 2 Cardiac ORs)

Support Staff: Supervise 4 CRNAs

Case Volume: ~30–35 cases/day; ~650 cases/month

Case Mix: High-volume GI, Ophthalmology (cataracts), General Surgery, Ortho, ENT, and Peds (No Vascular or Neuro)

Procedures: Must be proficient in blocks

EMR: Meditech (paper anesthesia records)
