- Shift times: 7a-7p Mon-Fri, 7p-7a Mon-Fri, 7a-7a Sat/Sun
- Must be willing to work at both Midtown & Northside locations
- Types of cases: Bariatric, Gen Surg, Neuro, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, Peds
- 10 anesthetizing sites
- Requirements: GA license, BC/BE
- Credentialing: 90 days, temps possible with clean file
