  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, call responsibility and 1 weekend a month beginning July 2025.
  • License: An active Indiana state license is required
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility is seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist, licensed to practice medicine in the State of Indiana, who has successfully completed an ACGME- or AOA-approved anesthesiology residency program. Candidates should hold permanent certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or be participating in Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology (MOCA), as applicable per ABA guidelines. This opportunity involves locum tenens coverage for approximately three months or longer, with the potential for permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort.
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans in collaboration with surgeons and other medical staff.
- Respond to emergency situations by providing airway management, resuscitation, or other life-saving interventions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and anesthesia-related activities.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency in Anesthesiology.
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Indiana.
- Board Certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), or participation in Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology (MOCA), as applicable.

Working Hours

- Monday – Friday, call responsibility and 1 weekend a month beginning July 2025.
