Join Our Anesthesia Team in Pueblo, Colorado!
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a board-eligible or certified General Anesthesiologist to join our Anesthesia team in Pueblo, Colorado. This growing facility is renowned for its commitment to exceptional patient care and provides a dynamic environment with two distinct practice tracks tailored to your career goals. You'll experience a diverse and engaging case mix while enjoying a supportive workplace atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse range of cases, including trauma, obstetrics, spine surgeries, general surgery, and more.
- Participate in a practice track with minimal call requirements, supported by nocturnists.
- Manage cases across multiple settings, including Level 1, 2, and 3 trauma centers and outpatient surgical centers.
- Balance supervision and independent anesthesia care, providing both autonomy and leadership opportunities.
- Focus on regional anesthesia techniques to enhance recovery and optimize patient outcomes.
- Receive mentorship from experienced anesthesiologists to support professional growth.
- Explore leadership and teaching opportunities to contribute to the future of anesthesiology.
- Enjoy eight weeks of vacation annually to explore the beautiful Colorado landscape.
- Collaborate with a physician-led team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the healthcare community.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
- Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean malpractice record preferred.
- Eligibility for visa support (J1 or H1B) required for this position.
- DEA must be obtained prior to start.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA registration (to be obtained before employment begins)
- Visa candidates available for the Pueblo position
