Facility & Practice Details:

Support Staff: CRNAs (no medical direction required)

Daily Volume: 50–60 patients

Department Overview:

Case mix includes ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy

OB is assigned to in-house providers (not a locum responsibility)

Practice Setting: Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center

Operating Rooms: 11 ORs (main hospital), 2 ORs (ambulatory center)

EMR: Cerner & SaAnesthesia
Requirements:

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

License: Active Arizona license or IMLC
-
Certifications: ACLS & PALS required
-
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
