Perm Physician – Anesthesiology in Will County, IL.

We are hiring a Physician – Anesthesiology for a perm position in Will County, IL!

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialed
• Shifts: Days + shared call
• Call: The call is 24 hours and there is an incentive attached to it. Approximately 2-3 calls a month.
• Turnover rate - very low
• General structure of the team - MD/CRNA care model
• Open for full-time permanent positions with weekend coverage
• Patient age demographic: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric
• Required procedures:
• General surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB cases, neurosurgical cases.
• Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by MDs.
• Pre-ops are mostly done by the MDs unless it’s a MAC case where the CRNAs can do it.
• EMR: Cerner

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• IL license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA Verbal Confirmation and CSR (or willing to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willing to obtain)
• COVID and Flu Vaccinations
