- Other Details: This Anesthesiology locum tenens opportunity begins on May 12, 2025, with scheduled 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the following dates: May 12–15, May 26–30, May 26–31, June 2–6, and June 23–26. The practice setting includes both a hospital and an ambulatory surgery center with 11 ORs in the main hospital and 2 in the ambulatory center. Daily patient volume ranges from 50–60, supported by CRNAs. The department covers ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy, with OB coverage handled by a non-locum provider. Locums are not responsible for medically directing CRNAs. Required certifications include ACLS, PALS, and DEA. The facility allows medical or religious exemptions for both COVID-19 and flu vaccines. One year of experience is required.

Job Responsibilities
- Work independently in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings
- Manage cases in ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
- Collaborate with CRNAs (no medical direction required)
- Utilize Cerner and SaAnesthesia for documentation

Qualifications
- Active Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility
- ACLS, PALS, and DEA certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
