We are seeking a Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist in Michigan.

Position Type: Locum Tenens

Rate: $350/hour
Shift: Day shifts, M-F with shared night and weekend call (1:5)
Start Date: June 2025
End Date: September 2025
Position Details:
- Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics
- Setting: Hospital
- Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care for surgical cases (80-100 cases/day)
- Required Procedures: General anesthesia
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: Full anesthesia team
- Days Per Month: As per schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: Yes, 1:5
Open Dates:
- June 9-13
- July 7-11
- July 21-25
- August 4-8
- September 1-5
- Ongoing sporadic coverage for maternity leave, PTO, etc.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency, boards scheduled)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA certified)
- MI license or active IMLC in hand at time of submission
- Must be available for all or most of the listed dates
- Local drive-in providers highly preferred
- Clean background with minimal malpractice history required
