Job Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, permanent position in Rocklin, CA. The PTA will collaborate with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, clinical acumen, and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Physical Therapists in delivering individualized care plans that align with professional standards.
• Implement therapy treatments designed to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Ensure compliance with California’s Physical Therapy Practice Act and related regulations.
• Build strong connections with patients, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to enhance service satisfaction.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
